Week 20 Affirmation - I Deserve Appreciation, Je Mérite De L'appréciation

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it's easy to forget to appreciate ourselves – to recognize our worth, our accomplishments, and the unique qualities that make us who we are.

This week's affirmation is…

I Deserve To Be Appreciated

Je Mérite D'être Remercié

But what does it mean to appreciate yourself? It's treating yourself with the love, kindness, and respect that you deserve.

It's celebrating yourself, every accomplishment, no matter how small.

“Don't let anyone tell you that you aren't deserving of love, of light, of appreciation, of joy, of kindness; your heart deserves to receive them all”

Joel Leon

This is a great week to start with a meditation… close your eyes and take a listen…

BRAVE

STARRING KELLY MCDONALD

In Disney-Pixar's "Brave," the theme of cherishing oneself, or self-acceptance, is central to Merida's character arc and the movie's message.Through Merida's journey of self-discovery, the film highlights the importance of embracing one's individuality, making choices that align with one's values, and ultimately, accepting oneself for who they are, flaws and all.

YOUR "I DESERVE" AFFIRMATION RITUAL

This self-love and self-care ritual is your reminder that you are not invisible. Your efforts, your essence, your energy deserve acknowledgment—especially from you.

APPRECIATION JOURNAL - Grab your journal and write: 3 things your appreciate about yourself today, and one thing I did this week that deserves acknowledgment. Let this practice grow into a daily thank-you note.

APPRECIATION IN ACTION - Take a luxurious bath or shower. Use your favorite body oil or lotion, massaging it in with care. As you nourish each part of your body, whisper thank you to each and every inch of yourself.

DANCE OF GRATITUDE - Put on your favorite uplifting playlist or album and dance like you’re your own biggest fan. Because you are.

Let this be your love language: radical appreciation. For your voice. Your beauty. Your being.

Because you deserve to be appreciated deeply and deliberately.

You'll be hearing more from me soon. Promise.
