je mérite accepts cancellation requests made within 1 hour of order placement, monday-friday

can i change my shipping address?
you may change your shipping address provided the order has not yet shipped and a shipping label has not yet been printed
once a shipping label has been printed, i am no longer able to change or reroute your shipping address

how can i track my order?
once your order ships, you will receive an email from jemerite.com with your tracking information
you may use the tracking informatin in that email to track your order
