“teachers have always been there to assist us in making the right decisions. teachers help us differentiate right from wrong without judging us. when you are struggling in life, you don’t need to be alone. if you have some great teachers, you can always seek guidance from them”

jason zhang on brené brown

dear muse,

in a world that constantly demands our attention, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, lost, or even uncertain about the path ahead

this is why we believe that everyone deserves the gift of guidance, whether it’s a whisper from within or a nudge from the universe

guidance is not just about finding direction; it’s about embracing the journey with confidence and clarity

we all deserve the grace to navigate life’s uncertainties with compassion and patience

while inner guidance is crucial, the external world also offers signs and signals that can lead us in the right direction

sometimes, guidance comes through the people we meet, the books we read, or even the challenges we face

these experiences, both big and small, shape our journey and provide lessons that help us grow

we often think guidance comes from outside ourselves in the form of signs, or messages from clairvoyants or those "more intuitive" than us who can see more clearly the guidance we need

in reality, the power to receive clarity and guidance always comes from within

whatever guidance you receive externally, was activated from something within you

in this 10 minute meditation for clarity and guidance you activate the energy alignment for clear and loving guidance

enjoy!

our book selection

when we step onto a new path in life, our first instinct is often to look for a map

we crave the certainty of a teacher, a mentor, or a seasoned traveler who can tell us exactly where to step and how to avoid the pitfalls

we seek out guidance because walking into the unknown alone is terrifying

in this novel, a a young woman sets out to discover the mysteries of the world and her own soul, she intentionally seeks out those who have walked the path before her

but as her mentors show her, true guidance isn't about handing over a checklist of answers

it's about teaching you how to trust the silence, how to embrace your own intuition, and how to look at the world

finally, our film selection

when life shifts unexpectedly beneath our feet, we naturally look for a compass

we crave the steady hand of someone who has already survived the turbulence to show us how to navigate our own grief, choices, and heartbreaks

in the beloved classic steel magnolias, guidance is found in the steady, unconditional sanctuary of a small-town beauty shop

through every major milestone and devastating tragedy, a tight-knit circle of southern women serves as each other's north star

as you dive into today's feature, remember that the best guides in life are the ones who hand you a tissue, pour you a cup of coffee, and remind you exactly who you are

your ritual

nourishment prepare a warm cup of herbal tea—such as sage, peppermint, or lemongrass; sip slowly and envision it clearing your inner path

journaling prompt write down moments when intuition, dreams, or unexpected synchronicities have nudged you

restorative bath or shower use lavender, eucalyptus, or rose oils; as the water touches you, imagine it washing away heaviness and replacing it with faith in what’s yet to come

release practice on a small piece of paper, write one uncertainty you carry; place it in a jar or box—a symbolic container for what you’ve entrusted to the universe, ancestors, or divine

enjoy

in closing

as you move through your days, remember that guidance does not always arrive in grand gestures

it often whispers through intuition, quiet pauses, and the gentle signs that surround you

trust that you are supported, led, and worthy of clarity at every step

light your candle, repeat your affirmation, and allow yourself to be guided by both the wisdom within and the love that flows toward you

with love,
