As we step into the first full week of the new year, this week's affirmation is here to remind you:

Let’s explore the tools to cultivate a life filled with light and laughter.
Happiness is a choice -- a state of mind. Our mentality and how we truly view things make it a reality to us. It's the ability to take what life has given us and personalize it in a way that benefits and pleases us.

GUIDED MEDITATION
We begin with a guided meditation exploring the journey to happiness and inner peace. Take some time to reflect on your values, beliefs, and goals. Identify what brings you joy and fulfillment, and make time for those things in your life. Remember to be kind to yourself along the way, and don't put too much pressure on yourself to achieve perfection. Progress, not perfection, is what leads to a more peaceful and happy life. Hope this meditation helps.

DAILY JOY NOTES - Each day, write down one moment, thought, or experience that brought you happiness. It could be as simple as the warmth of your morning tea, a kind word from a friend, or a song that made you dance. At the end of the week, take a moment to read through your notes. Relive those moments of happiness and celebrate how you’ve prioritized joy.
Pair this practice with the soothing glow of the "I Deserve Joy" candle for a full sensory experience. Every time you light it, let its warmth remind you that happiness isn’t just a fleeting moment—it’s something you deserve to nurture daily.
