your ritual this week
this ritual guides you back to the spark within, helping you expand your imagination, awaken your senses, and reconnect with what makes you feel alive
spark your curiosity choose one tiny act that feels intriguing; perhaps stepping outside and taking photographs around your neighborhood; visiting a local bookstore, or better yet, a library and picking up books at random, flip to a page, and read a passage
a creative hour set aside an hour to do something purely creative: painting, writing, collaging, dancing, or cooking a new recipe; give yourself permission to play; blow bubbles, color, rearranging flowers... giggle
rest & reset ritual one night this week, give yourself an evening with no screens and no expectations; just rest; light a candle, sip tea, wear something soft, let your thoughts drift; inspiration comes easiest when you’re not chasing it
enjoy!
inspiration lives in your every breath, your memories, your tenderness, your courage to imagine a better life
this week, allow inspiration to meet you where you are and remind you of your own brilliance
you'll be hearing more from me soon
