You are inherently worthy.
At Je Mérite, I Deserve, we believe in affirming this truth every single day.
This week, we invite you on a journey to feeling worthy—worthy of love, rest, joy, and all the goodness life has to offer.
This week, we affirm:
I DESERVE TO FEEL WORTHY
(JE MÉRITE DE ME SENTIR DIGNE)
Remember that your worth isn't determined by external factors or other people's opinions.
It comes from within you.
Treat yourself with kindness and compassion, just as you would a friend.
You're deserving of all the good things life has to offer.
Below are some great resources, hand-picked by myself, Tamara Charese, to make you feel worthy this week.

To start... A MEDITATION
Remember that you are worthy of love, respect, and happiness. Embrace your strengths and honor your vulnerabilities, for they are the building blocks of your resilience and growth. Your worthiness does not need to hinge on external validation or achievements, but rather on the inherent value that resides within you.

Next, two PODCAST episodes from one of my favorites...
Unconditional self-worth is the sense that you deserve to be alive, to be loved and cared for, and to take up space just because you're human. When we connect to this, we can shift our focus from proving that we are worthy to focusing on envisioning and pursuing the life we most desire.

Next, a BLOG POST to remove that self-doubt.
Feelings of unworthiness can occur in anyone from time to time. If they linger, you can take steps to turn them around. When you’re challenged by feelings of unworthiness, you may think you don’t deserve good grades, a job promotion, parental affection, or love from a partner.
While there are several potential causes of feeling undeserving, there are also several steps you can take to help you feel worthy and deserving.

"In life, you don't soar to the level of your hopes and dreams, you stay stuck at the level of your self-worth. In your business, leadership, relationships, friendships and ambitions, you don't rise to what you believe is possible, you fall to what you believe you're worthy of. When you build your self-worth, you change your entire life. WORTHY teaches you how. I wrote WORTHY for YOU if you have some self-doubt to destroy and a destiny to fulfill!"

YOUR "I DESERVE" AFFIRMATION RITUAL
Your worth isn’t determined by what you do, who you impress, or how much you accomplish—it is inherent, unwavering, and undeniable. This ritual is designed to remind you that you are enough, just as you are.
DRESS IN YOUR WORTH – Put on something that makes you feel confident, powerful, and true to yourself. Worthiness is not about external validation, but about honoring yourself in small, intentional ways.
REWRITE THE NARRATIVE – Grab your journal and challenge any thoughts that make you feel unworthy. Write a list of things you love about yourself and celebrate your strengths.
DO SOMETHING JUST FOR YOU – Whether it's a walk in nature, reading a book, or dancing in your living room, choose an activity that brings you joy—without guilt, without conditions.
You don’t have to earn your worth—it’s already yours!
“You are valuable because you exist. Not because of what you do or what you have done, but simply because you are” - Max Lucado
You deserve to feel worthy. You deserve to take up space. You deserve to be loved. Let this be the week you fully embrace your worthiness.
As always, affirmations from previous weeks are available here
You'll be hearing more from me soon. Promise.
