In a world that constantly demands more, we often forget the power of pausing.
This week, we invite you to slow down with the affirmation:
This week's affirmation is…
I Deserve To Replenish
Je Mérite De Me Ressourcer
Replenishment is an act of self-love.
It’s about returning to yourself, nurturing your needs, and restoring your energy without guilt.
Here are some soul-nourishing resources, hand-picked by myself, Tamara Charese, to support your replenishment:

PAUSE ON PURPOSE: ALLOW YOURSELF TO RELEASE, REPLENISH, RECHARGE, AND RESET
BY BIANCA GIBSON
In this book, you will find Dr. Seuss humorous yet, intentional motivating quotes/poems that would help readers to identify immense, unwavering, and affirmative commitment to allowing oneself to release, replenish, recharge, and reset focus so that you can complete tasks in a healthy way through my acclaimed book of purpose. During our daily lives, we get caught up in getting things done. Do we truly take the time to ask ourselves if we're just "getting things done" because we must or are we doing things with intent, hence productivity?
Finally, your favorite part and mine, a lovely film, that you may, or may not, have not seen about a woman who, after years of giving to others, decides to give to herself in the most wonderful of way! This one is an oldie and an indie and I promise you it's worth the 5 bucks to rent it
STARRING KAREN ALLEN, YANNICK BISSON, AND CELIA IMRIE
Hoping to reclaim who she was before marriage and children, an empty nester (Karen Allen) retreats to Cape Cod where she embarks upon a quest to set herself free.
I love these indie films, hope you enjoy this one!
YOUR "I DESERVE" AFFIRMATION RITUAL
There comes a time when we must press pause, not because we’re weak, but because we’re wise enough to know that even the strongest need restoration.
Replenishment is not indulgent; it’s essential.
This self-love ritual is your sacred permission slip to restore your energy, refuel your spirit, and reconnect with your center.
SENSORY RESET - Light an affirmation candle (lavender, eucalyptus, or bergamot are perfect here). Play soft music or ambient sounds. Let this sensory space become your cocoon; an exhale in the middle of your day.
EVENING WIND-DOWN - Power down with intention. Step away from screens. Run a warm bath or take a long shower, massaging your skin with gentle, circular motions. Follow with your softest loungewear or silk set. Enjoy a romantic evening all to yourself.
This week, give yourself permission to rest, refill, and renew. You don’t have to earn your rest. You deserve to replenish.
“Rest and self-care are so important. When you take time to replenish your spirit, it allows you to serve others from the overflow. You cannot serve from an empty vessel.”

You'll be hearing more from me soon. Promise.
