“power revealed is power sacrificed. the truly powerful exert their influence in ways unseen, unfelt. some would say that a thing visible is a thing vulnerable”
guillermo del toro

dearest muse,
to be vulnerable is to be alive
to open your heart, even when it trembles
at je mérite, i deserve, we believe that softness is a sacred strength
vulnerability is not weakness
it is the art of being seen, heard, and known
fully, honestly, and without disguise
this week, we invite you to explore vulnerability, as a path to deeper connection with yourself, your emotions, and those who hold space for your truth

your ritual this week
to be vulnerable is to live open-heartedly
to allow your truth to breathe without apology
this ritual invites you to gently disarm your defenses and reconnect with the parts of yourself that crave to be seen, felt, and loved as they are
practice honest expression when you're asked how you're feeling, actually tell someone; someone you trust, of course; this week, instead of the normal "i'm fine", say truly how you are feeling
softening as the sun sets, create an intimate space — dim lights, soft music, and your favorite silk robe or nightdress and take out your journal; write down three emotions you’ve felt today but didn’t express; forgive yourself for not telling your truth and repeat
enjoy!
this week, allow yourself to be seen
by the world, by those you love, and most importantly, by yourself
let each act of vulnerability be a gentle reminder that your heart is brave, your emotions are valid, and your presence is a gift
you'll be hearing more from me soon
