I Deserve Abundance (Je Mérite L'Abondance)

Adopting an abundance mindset can be a valuable aspect of self-care.

We must consciously choose thoughts and perspectives that reinforce positivity, opportunity, and gratitude.

This mindset shift can have a profound impact on your emotional and mental well-being, contributing to a more resilient and fulfilling life.

This week's affirmation is…

I Deserve Abundance

Je Mérite L'Abondance

When you believe that opportunities and resources are abundant, you're less likely to feel overwhelmed or anxious.

When faced with challenges, you're more likely to view them as temporary setbacks and opportunities for growth, rather than insurmountable obstacles.

When you believe in the abundance of opportunities, you're more likely to support and celebrate the successes of others, fostering positive relationships and a sense of community.

Lastly, the belief in abundance includes the understanding that change is a natural part of life. Being adaptable to change is crucial for overall well-being, and an abundance mindset facilitates a more flexible and positive approach to life transitions.

Year of Yes

by Shonda Rhimes

This poignant, intimate, and hilarious memoir explores Shonda's life before her Year of Yes through her life after her Year of Yes had begun -- when Shonda forced herself out of the house and onto the stage; when she learned to explore, empower, applaud, and love her truest self.

Lastly, a throwback!

Never give up!

The Pursuit of Happyness

starring Will and Jaden Smith

“The future was uncertain, absolutely, and there were many hurdles, twists, and turns to come, but as long as I kept moving forward, one foot in front of the other, the voices of fear and shame, the messages from those who wanted me to believe that I wasn’t good enough, would be stilled.”  – Chris Gardner

“Nothing will be mine unless I am convinced that it belongs to me. I deserve abundance. I am not going to go in search of abundance but I will make abundance flow into my life.”
