I Deserve Kindness (Je Mérite De La Gentillesse)

Being kind to yourself is a crucial aspect of self-care.

It involves treating yourself with the same compassion and understanding that you would offer to anyone else.

As well as, taking small steps each day, to build a positive and compassionate relationship with yourself.

This week's affirmation is…

I Deserve Kindness

Je Mérite De La Gentillesse

Treat yourself with understanding and empathy.

Allow yourself breaks when needed.

Learn to say no and set firm boundaries to protect your time and energy.

Acknowledge and celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small. Remember last week? Je Mérite D’être Célébré

Engage in activities that bring you joy.

Forgive yourself for being imperfect. Make your mistakes and learn from them.
