this week's affirmation is… i deserve respect, je mérite le respect

this week's affirmation is…

i deserve respect, je mérite le respect

respect is something that is often earned rather than deserved solely based on one's existence

however, strengthening self-respect is an important aspect of personal growth and well-being

it involves valuing and honoring yourself as an individual, setting healthy boundaries, and maintaining a positive self-image

remember to treat yourself with the same kindness and understanding that you would offer to a friend

respect your own limits, and boundaries and don't allow others to violate them

make self-care a regular part of your routine, by getting enough rest, eating healthily, exercising, and engaging in activities that bring you joy and relaxation

spend time with people who uplift and support you while distancing yourself from toxic relationships or individuals who undermine your self-respect

and, embrace your imperfections and flaws as a part of what makes you unique

remember that this is a journey

be patient with yourself and stay committed

enjoy...
